Seeking: Administrative, Social Media and Personal Assistant Role
Well Known author/speaker is seeking organized, proactive self-starter for administrative social media/marketing and personal assistant responsibilities.
Computer Savvy. Excellent typing skiils (Microsoft Word/Excel) experience with dictation and drafting correspondence. Able to do some minor editing for blog post etc.
Strong proof reading abilities to check articles, event invites and any written materials for accuracy.
Manage all aspects of newsletter campaigns through Constact Contact. Design newsletters and send out to email list. Check for email responses and enter new emails into database on an ongoing basis.
- High attention to detail with excellent
ogranizational , time managementand follow-up skills for all emails, author/speaker requests, calendar/schedule managementand meeting deadlines. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
liason with publishers, event organizers, and the public. - Attend events, take photos, help organize and assist author/speaker with attendee interaction during book signings, collecting business cards, email contacts to develop future relationships.
- Research future speaking, podcast, print or event opportunities that are in line with author/speaker's message.
- Knowledge and proficient in all social media platforms. Proactively post and manage social media content on a consistent schedule. Gather and analyze insights for future initiatives. Contribute new ideas to build strong online community and
contine to grow following.Have experience and/or learn Canva to design inspiring visual images that align with the authorsheart centered message.Ability to effectively multi-task and support any additional personalassitant tasks.Enthusiast and able to work well with author/speaker. Creative, energetic and present. - Be discrete and confidential.
- Flexible schedule. Based in NYC.
Approximately 20-25 hours a week and special events.
Compensation to be discussed.

- Asana
